Fool's Garden (Los tontos del jardín), es una banda de rock alternativo oriunda de Pforzheim, Alemania. Fue creada en 1991 por Peter Freudenthaler (voz) y Volker Hinkel (guitarras). La formación se completaba con Thomas Mangold en el bajo, Roland Röhl en teclados y Ralf Wochele en batería.
En 1995 lanzaron el álbum "Dish of the Day", logrando éxito masivo en Europa y Asia con el sencillo "Lemon Tree".

«Lemon Tree» (en español: «Árbol de limón») es una canción interpretada por la banda de rock alternativo alemana Fool's Garden, perteneciente a su tercer álbum "Dish of the Day" (1995). Fue publicada como sencillo en 1995 y se convirtió en un éxito internacional en 1996.
El single se ubicó en el lugar 26 en el Reino Unido. El gráfico más alto fue en Alemania, Noruega, Suecia e Irlanda, donde permaneció en el número uno durante varias semanas. A finales de 1996, "Lemon Tree" se mantuvo en el número cinco en Alemania.
"Lemon Tree" fue certificado oro en Austria, Francia, Suecia y Suiza y platino certificado en Alemania y Noruega.
En 2009, más de una década después del lanzamiento de "Lemon Tree", la banda volvió a grabar la canción para su lanzamiento en 2009 del álbum, "High Times - The Best of Fools Garden".
Peter Freudenthaler, voz principal de la banda, dijo que escribió la canción una tarde de domingo, mientras estaba esperando a su novia.
Por otra parte, algunas personas creen erróneamente que es una canción de los Beatles debido a su melodía pegadiza y estilo alegre, que recuerdan parte de la música de los Beatles. Además, hay muchas canciones con títulos y temas similares en la discografía de los Beatles, como "Octopus's Garden" y "Strawberry Fields Forever", lo que puede contribuir a la confusión...
